Climate change is happening NOW

Climate change is already happening around us and we know it - it is no longer something that will happen "somewhere, someday". Its impacts are severe and threaten the health, safety and livelihood of humans and other living beings. We need to urgently work together to take effective measures to tackle this global problem.

ABOUT US

The Climate Reality Project (CRP) is a global initiative working to tackle the climate crisis. We are a community of "Leaders", volunteers in various sectors working together on climate action. Currently, there are 51,360 leaders representing 192 countries and regions - with 879 based in Japan.

WHAT WE DO

CRP provides training to empower and engage "Leaders" (volunteers), communicating science-based information and raising awareness about climate change and its solutions. Our Leaders have very versatile backgrounds, from business to the public sector, civil society groups to education - all working together throughout Japan to promote climate action.
