[July] The Frontlines of Climate Crisis: A Documentary Screening Tour will be held in Okayama, Sapporo, and Tokyo!

Join us this summer for the “The Frontlines of Climate Crisis: A Documentary Screening Tour,” hosted by the Climate Reality Project Japan.

▶Register here for free!

During this screening tour, we will introduce documentary footage from around the world and presentations conducted in Japanese to highlight what is happening on the frontlines of climate change.

We will be screening two documentaries: “Degayu – against the shore-,” which depicts the lives of coastal communities in Indonesia threatened by worsening floods due to climate change, and “African Voices for Africa’s Forests,” which focuses on the issues of climate justice and land rights faced by women in Cameroon.

In addition, you can hear the voices from the ground from Bangladesh, Cambodia, and Vietnam, all presented in Japanese.

At the end, we will have a discussion and networking session, providing an opportunity to think about climate change and climate justice together.

This event is a valuable opportunity not only for those interested in climate change but also for those keen on international and human rights issues. Whether you want to learn more or are ready to take action, we encourage you to join us!
